We can schedule raids using either tool.

Raid tracker not only allows us to schedule raid times, but also keep track of loot both wanted and obtained.

To use it Raid Tracker, you first need to click on Raid Tracker on the top and select the "Scythes of Eorzea Raiding" raid pool. From there, select Member and add yourself and check active. This allows you to join any raid in this pool. A raid called "Progression Raiding" is listed in the "This Month - June 1st-June 30th" raids. Select that and then add yourself as a participant. You can add any sought after loot by clicking on your name and also list any loot obtained from raiding. Any loot obtained will be shown on the front page for others to see thanks to a widget on the side there.

We can use this AND/OR the schedule.

The schedule is pretty straight forward. You schedule an event - there's "Progression Raiding @ 10:00PM" recurring weekly - and you RSVP by clicking on the event. Notes can also be left.

Let me know what you guys would rather use! Maybe we'd like to use both or just one.

BTW there's a guild works client for PC users in case you haven't seen it yet. Whenever a Hunt spawns, FATE spawns, a Duty gets a Nexus Light bonus, or weather changes, Guildwork Client prints it in the chat log for example.

I think doing a set schedule like weekly and monthly events. weekly events can be in small groups and monthly can be an event with the entire Guild
